Macs last for ever don't they? Weeellllll kinda. My Mac had been suffering from the spinning beach ball and Apple Photos made the computer hot and flustered and very very slow.
Installing RAM transformed it into the device I used to love. Every application runs in RAM. I've only once managed to get RAM usage over 8GB but that fact I have means the 16GB upgrade was worth it.
Super easy to install - literally 5 mins and most of that was screwing the screws that hold the bottom of the computer on.
You can get by with the 8GB RAM (doubling the originally installed memory) but I don't regret paying the extra for 16GB as I think this will make the computer last another few years and that's way way cheaper than buying a new computer!
As for service - I placed the order, it arrived very quickly. Very pleased with Flexxmemory and if I had another machine that needed RAM I would happily order from them again.
Looking to have the better up-grade on my old Mac, I founded this store! very simple! just give model, year and you get the ingredients!
The right installing and run! my mac is 10 time faster and i can work again!
After reading the crucial guide and taking a punt, I purchased this ram for use with a mid 2011 unibody Mac mini. Accompanied by some online video guides as I couldn't fit the ram in snug, this worked a real treat, operating OS X Mavericks like a modern piece of hardware.
A job well done
Easy to fit - Instant result
2x8GB works great in a MacBook (13", Mid 2010 [White Unibody]), also known as the MacBook7,1. They must be DDR1066 or else the machine will not boot (it will not accept DDR1333).
