The OWC Envoy Pro 1A combines elegance and functionality in sleek, portable external storage designed for use with the factory SSD found installed in select Apple Macs from 2013 to 2019, as well as Aura Pro X2, Aura Pro X, Aura N2, and Aura N drives. Its aluminum body protects your drive and data, while its minimal size allows for simple stowing in coat pockets, backpacks or briefcases.
The USB (10GB/s) interface offers speedy transfer rates and the Envoy Pro 1A requires no AC power adapter making it the ideal plug and play USB bus-powered SSD Enclosure.
1. Important Note: The OWC Envoy Pro enclosure has been specifically designed for use with select Apple SSDs from most 2013 to 2019 Mac models (see chart below). It is also compatible with Aura Pro X2, Aura Pro X , Aura N2 and Aura N drives .
2. The Envoy Pro 1A work on any USB3 (Type-A) or USB-C/Thunderbolt 3/Thunderbolt 4 port with a C to A adapter.

Great product
I bought this because i upgraded my ssd in MacBook. I did not want to waste ssd by leaving in drawer. It’s a great little caddy and matches laptop color. It’s a shame apple does not use standard NVME ssd. This is a bit expensive because it’s designed for an apple ssd. But still a great caddy.
