We offer free delivery within the UK for all orders. Orders over £250 will be sent via royal mail special delivery. You may upgrade a lower value order to royal mail special delivery at check out for a small additional charge which will be shown at check out.

We always endeavour to ship orders on the day that they are received and unless otherwise stated, orders placed before 4 pm will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 4 pm will be shipped the next working day, unless otherwise stated.

International shipping

We offer free shipping to EU, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand on all orders over £300.00 using the Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed service. You may upgrade your free delivery to an ‘express’ courier service for a small additional charge which will be shown at checkout. Options available at checkout will vary from country to country.

Where we are unable to offer free shipping, we offer a variety of shipping options which will vary from country.

RETURNS

1. Flexx International Ltd offers 30 days money-back guarantee. The unwanted item may be returned within 30 days of the order date, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. (Unwanted item which was opened or used or it is not in its original packaging will be subject to 20% restocking fees charge).

2. In the case of unwanted items in order to get a full refund please ensure you return all accessories (such as cables, manuals, or CDs) that shipped with the product and that the items have not been opened or modified.

3. If you have an unwanted item that has been opened but is unused, we may still be able to offer you a partial refund, please contact us to discuss.

4. Faulty items can be returned for warranty replacement or refund at any time within the warranty period.

How to return items for a replacement or refund........

5. To return an item for replacement or refund you must obtain an RMA - Return Material Authorization number. An RMA number allows us to process your return quickly. Items received without an RMA number will be destroyed and no refunds will be issued.

  • Call us on 0800 195 4072 (Free Phone), or email us. Please have your email address and order number ready.
  • A member of our team will provide you with return material authorization number (RMA) for your return order.
  • Your RMA will be emailed to you, together with the Freepost address to return your item (No payment will be required).
  • Please write the RMA number on the envelope for easier identification.
  • Please retain all shipping information, including tracking numbers, until your account or original credit card has been credited by Flexx memory or until you receive the replacement product.
  • Once your item is received, we will issue a refund or replacement.
