With the exception of batteries, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. We are based in Northern Ireland and as a result of Brexit, remain in the UK and the EU Customs Union, Single Market and VAT regime, if you are interested, more about this here. Where items are in stock, we always do our best to ship orders placed before 4 pm on the same day and next working day for those that arrive after 4pm.

SHIPPING TO THE UK, NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND THE ISLE OF MAN

With the exception of batteries, we offer free economy delivery for all orders within the UK (all of it, no long list of postcode exclusions here :)) Delivery can be upgraded to a speedier service at checkout, but options available will depend on the delivery address.

EU and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to the EU for orders over £300.00. Delivery can be upgraded to a speedier service at checkout, but options available will depend on the delivery address. Where we are unable to offer free shipping, we try to offer a variety of shipping options which will vary from country.

BATTERIES

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping for batteries except for the UK, as we have a very limited number of options when it comes to shipping batteries and the price charged varies wildly We are reliably(!) informed that this is because they have to go the long way around to get to you(!), being restricted to the type of aircraft that they can travel in.  As a result we can also only ship batteries to the countries, listed below, although we are continuously seeking alternative couriers.

Royal mail domestic and International economy services 

  • Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4.30 pm (Cut off time for same-day despatch is 4 pm. Parcel collection is at 5 pm)
  • Saturday: 9 am to 1.00 pm (Cut off time for same-day dispatch is 12.30 pm. Parcel collection is at 1 pm)

Royal mail express service

  • Monday to Friday: 9 am to 4.30 pm (Cut off time for same-day despatch is 4 pm. Parcel collection is at 5 pm)
  • Saturday: 9 am to 1.00 pm (Cut off time for same-day dispatch is 12.30 pm. Parcel collection is at 1 pm). For urgent orders to be delivered next day, choose Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day By 1pm option at the checkout. There is no next day delivery for orders shipped on Saturday. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday will still be shipped on Saturday, but delivered on Monday. Please note that next day guaranteed delivery solely depends on Royal mail. There may be exceptions such as bad weather, equipment breakdown etc... and in this cases next day delivery may not be possible. Take this into the consideration.

DHL express domestic and International services

  • Monday to Friday:   9 am to 4.30 pm (Cut off time for same-day despatch is 12.30 pm. Parcel collection is at 1 pm, No parcel collection during the weekend). We cannot offer Saturday delivery via DHL express. If you need your order urgently and to be delivered on Saturday, please use Royal mail Special delivery option at the checkout. For example if you place an order on Thursday after 1pm and choose DHL delivery option, your order will be shipped on Friday but delivered on Monday after the weekend.

Battery shipping

  • Monday to Friday:  9 am to 4.30 pm (Cut off time for same-day despatch is 1.30 pm. Parcel collection is at 2 pm. No parcel collection during the weekend)

Note: Royal Mail considers the parcel as lost ONLY after seven working days since the shipping date passed. Any order shipped via the Royal Mail option is subject to these terms. We can only cancel and refund undelivered parcel after seven working days from the shipping date.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30* days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

If you need to return an item, please complete the form here and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order using our free return service. If you’d rather pay to return it yourself, please mark your order number on the packaging somewhere so we know what to do with it when it arrives here.

Please allow 14-21*** days to receive your refund, depending on where in the world you are returning your item from and your original payment method. 

*Although if you find an unwanted item in the bottom of the IT cupboard after the 30 day return window, please get in touch, we may still be able to help.

** In order for us to give you a full refund the item needs to be returned to us in new, unaltered, and unused condition in its original packaging with all the bits and bobs it came with. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, 20% will be deducted from your refund, as your item will need to be sold as open box for a reduced price.

***We would usually expect to receive and process them much more quickly, but viruses, heatwaves, floods, giant hailstones, bank holidays, brexit and who knows what will be next, have taught us to expect the unexpected, hope for the best and plan for the worst, under promise and over deliver, we could go on................. :) 

BREXIT, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES........

Flexx International Limited are based in Northern Ireland, which whilst still in the UK, remains in the EU Customs Union, Single Market and VAT regime, so....................

If you are a UK based customer, you will pay UK VAT on your purchase and receive a UK VAT invoice. If you are a UK VAT registered business this can be claimed back on your VAT return.

As of 1st July 2021, EU VAT rules changed, requiring us to apply the VAT rate of the Member State where the goods are dispatched to. Therefore, if you are an EU consumer when you purchase items you will be charged at your domestic VAT rate. The price you pay on our website is inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes, you will not need to pay any additional charges.

If you are EU VAT registered business, you may purchase items from us exclusive of VAT. We are obliged to verify your VAT number, before we can do this. If you wish to take advantage of this facility, please send an email to support@flexxmemory.co.uk with your VAT number, contact name and invoice address and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
